Their fans formed an online community called the Children of Acid.
In 2010 after being silent for almost ten years, Praga Khan announced a new album was in the works with a 2011 release date.[1]
Lords of Acid's soundtrack credits include Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Sliver, Strange Days, Paparazzi and Sucker Punch.

Praga Khan and Oliver Adams are also known for their work on Mortal Kombat: The Album, based on the controversial video game Mortal Kombat performing as The Immortals[3]Lords of Acid also performed under the name Digital Orgasm, with a less sex-based and more rave-influenced sound.[4] Other pseudonyms included Channel X and 101.
Lords of Acid made a cameo appearance in an adult pornographic film 54, performing "Finger Lickin' Good", "Stripper" and "Stoned on Love Again".
Lords of Acid has also explored other genres of music such as hip hop and R&B, orchestra, disco, rap, pop, jazz, Latin, reggae, folk and country.[5]
Lacey Conner is the first American singer to become the front woman for the band, coining the nickname "The American Lords of Acid."
Although being named the "Queen of New Beat]]", Jade 4 U had expressed her distaste for the genre in the beginning.[6]
Co-founder Olivier Adams is the heir to the Stella Artois beer fortune.[7]
