Lego Dream Wedding
Though the actual wedding is still a month away, Britain's Legoland Windsor park -- located just a short coach ride away from Windsor Palace -- is celebrating Prince William's future connubial bliss a bit early. Starting on Friday, visitors to the park and well-wishers for William and his fiancée, Kate Middleton, can view a tribute model comprised of 10,000 Lego bricks, which took 30 hours to build. The wedding scene has been added to an already existing likeness of Buckingham Palace built with 160,000 bricks. "We're proud to announce that it's our 15th birthday this year, and what better way to celebrate it than to pay homage to such an amazing royal occasion," Legoland executive Sue Kemp said. "After all, we're based in Windsor, which is well known for its royal connections."
