Lake County Clerk Willard Helander has announced that Pollwatcher credentials for qualified political organizations are now available at the County Clerk's office for the April 5 election. Pollwatchers must have credentials issued by the Lake County Clerk to observe at voting sites and to represent candidates, established political parties, qualified civic organizations and organized proponents or opponents of ballot propositions.
