I want to thank all of the media for all of the excellent coverage of the message that Bright n' Beautiful wanted conveyed to our community about recycling their Christmas trees. And another great plus was the condition of the trees that were dropped off. We did not have to spend much time to prepare the trees for chipping. The large stack of trees at ZooMontana to be chipped will undoubtedly produce the mulch needed for the trails at the Conservation Education Center, ZooMontana and Lion's Park in Laurel.
A very special thank-you to Allied Waste Services and its employees for the use of the equipment needed to transport the trees to ZooMontana to be chipped and then hauled to their destination. And, of course, to the citizens of Yellowstone County. Without these important components, the Christmas tree recycling would not and could not be the success that it is. Thank you one and all.
