Roxy is a dog with huge potential, but she needs a dedicated owner to help her develop it.

The brown and blue-eyed, 10-month old yellow Labrador retriever mix has a loving dispositon and is very high energy.

Roxy is smart and eager to please. She needs a lot of exercise to burn off her energy, which would make her an ideal companion for an athletic person who likes to do a lot of running or hiking.

“Roxy has no training or manners,” said shelter manager Sherry Watson. “She has no mean bones in her body, but she would bulldoze very small children.”

Roxy has been started on her vaccinations. She has had two DHLPP vaccines, but no rabies vaccination yet. She has some allergy issues with food.
